Digital Delivery

All products are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once a purchase has been completed and access to the digital files has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

Please ensure you have reviewed the product description carefully before purchasing.

Licence & Usage

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive licence to use the template for your own business or client projects.

You may:

• Customise the template to suit your brand or your client’s brand
• Use the template on multiple projects for your own business
• Use the template for client work

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, transfer, sublicense, or reproduce the template files
• Claim the original design as your own
• Create competing template products using the template as a base
• Share your access link, template files, or associated resources with third parties

Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, graphics, copy prompts, tutorials, and supporting materials remain the intellectual property of Beyond Bold Agency.

Purchasing a template does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

Beyond Bold Agency is not responsible for any loss of revenue, loss of business, technical issues, platform changes, or other damages arising from the use of our templates.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 4 business days. Please note that template purchases include support for accessing and using the template as intended. Custom design work, template customisation, copywriting, strategy, and technical implementation services are not included unless otherwise stated.

Platform Requirements

Templates are designed for use on the platforms specified within the product description. The purchaser is responsible for maintaining any required platform subscriptions, software licences, or third-party integrations necessary to use the template.

Technical Support

Template purchases include access to the files and any support expressly stated on the sales page. Ongoing design, customisation, strategy, or technical implementation services are not included unless otherwise specified.
